Job Description:Quality Control – Biosimilar (mAbs)
1. Analytical:Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Candidate should be M.Sc /M. Tech / M. Pharma with 1-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Control. Should have Knowledge on instruments like weighing Balance, pH meter, conductivity meter, UV- Spectrophotometer, KF auto titration, HPLC & CE-SDS and troubleshooting of existing analytical methods with knowledge on CGMP, GLP, GDP practices & Data Integrity.
2. Molecular Biology/Bioassay Lab:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager:
Candidate should have a Master degree in Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Biotechnology or life science with 1-12 years of relevant experience in Quality Control – Biosimilars (mAbs). Should have Experienced in Cell-based bioassays and non-cell based bioassays like Binding assays, ELISA etc. Knowledge on techniques like flow cytometry, spectrophotometry will be of additional advantage and basic knowledge in Cell line maintenance like Cell line revival, Passaging, Banking and aseptic techniques. Hands-on training in molecular biology techniques like pipetting, Gel electrophoresis, PCR, western blotting etc.
Quality Control – Biologicals Microbiology
1. Environmental Monitoring:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc microbiology. with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control Microbiology lab. Should have exposure to Environment monitoring, MLT, Protocol preparation, SOP writing, Data review with knowledge on CGMP.
2. Lab Microbiology:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive:
Candidate should be MSc microbiology. with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control Microbiology lab. Should have exposure to Sterility Testing, BET, MLT, Water Analysis, Analytical method validation, Protocol preparation, SOP writing, Data review with knowledge on CGMP.
